How does the Belle refer-a-friend program work?

Share your referral link and you earn $75 in account credit each time a friend's first prescription is filled — and your friend gets 5% off theirs.

Where to find your link

Your link is already in your patient portal. There is nothing to sign up for.

• On the Home page, find the Share Belle section and tap Share link.
• Or use the Refer a friend button at the top of the page.
• For the full view, go to portal.joinbelle.com/credits — or tap Details in Share Belle, or click your initials in the top right and choose Credits.

What you each get

• You get $75 in account credit for each friend whose first prescription is filled
• Your friend gets 5% off their first order
• The offer applies to friends who are new to Belle

How your credit is used

Credit is applied automatically toward your treatment charges — there is no code to enter at checkout. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Your Credits page shows your available balance, how much you have earned to date, and how much has already gone toward treatment charges.

Tracking your referrals

The Credits page also shows how many times your link has been clicked, how many people signed up, and how many referral credits you have earned, so you can see where a referral is up to.

If a credit is missing

If your friend's first prescription has been filled and you do not see the credit, message us with their name and the email they used. We will review the referral and apply the credit.

Referrals and Belle Rewards

Referral credit is separate from Belle Rewards, which gives every Belle patient 5% cash back on eligible purchases plus milestone, birthday, and other rewards. Your friend is part of Belle Rewards too, from their first order. See What is Belle Rewards and how does it work?
