How to use promo codes, discount codes, and earn referral credit

This guide shows you where to enter a promo or discount code, what to expect when you use one, and how the refer-a-friend program pays you in account credit.

Apply a promo or discount code at checkout

Buying a new treatment through Shop? The review step of the cart has a promo code (or discount code) field before you pay.

1. Add your plan to your order and go to checkout.
2. On the review step, find the promo code field.
3. Enter your code and apply it. Your total updates to show the discount before you pay.

Good to know

• Each code has its own rules. How much it takes off, whether it applies to a first order or every order, and which plans it covers depend on that code. Checkout shows what yours does before you pay. One code per order.
• Already on an active plan? There is no place in the portal to add a code to a plan you already have. Message us with the code and we will check it for you.

If a code won't apply

It may have expired, already been used, or not apply to your plan. Double-check the exact code. If it still won't work, message us and we'll check it for you.

Refer a friend and earn credit

Share your personal referral link, or use the Refer a friend button at the top of the portal. When a friend who is new to Belle uses your link, you receive $75 in account credit once their first prescription is filled, and your friend gets 5% off their first order.

How credit is used

Your credit balance lives on the Credits page. It is applied automatically to your next treatment charge, so there is nothing to redeem. Credit has no cash value and applies only to treatment charges. For expiration dates and more detail, see: How do account credits work?

You also earn Belle Credit through Belle Rewards, including 5% cash back on eligible purchases. Cash back is based on what you pay after your promo code is applied. See: What is Belle Rewards and how does it work?
