What is Belle Rewards and how does it work?

Belle Rewards is how Belle thanks you for being a patient. Everyone is included automatically, with no sign-up and no fee. You earn Belle Credit, which is money on your Belle account that goes toward your future orders.

How you earn Belle Credit

• 5% cash back on every eligible purchase. This is 5% of what you actually pay, after any discounts or promo codes. Shipping, taxes, and gift cards do not earn cash back, and the part of an order paid with Belle Credit does not earn cash back.
• Milestone rewards for staying with Belle: $25 at 3 months, $50 at 6 months, and $100 at 1 year.
• A birthday reward: $20 each year around your birthday.
• One-time rewards:
  • $5 for logging your initial weight
  • $5 for logging your first shot
  • $15 for joining the Belle Community. Join with the same email address you use for your Belle account so we can match it to you. It is added to your account automatically within a few days of joining.

Rewards are added to your account automatically. There is nothing to claim.

How milestones are counted

Your time counts only while you have at least one active treatment.

• You pause or cancel one treatment but another is still active: nothing changes. Your count keeps going.
• You pause everything, or cancel your last active treatment while a paused one remains: your count pauses too. When you restart, it picks up where it left off. You don't lose any time.
• You cancel everything: your count starts again from the day you come back. Milestones you already reached stay earned, so your next reward is the next milestone up.

Your milestone time is counted from when you started in the new Belle portal, not from when you first joined Belle.

When you can spend it

Cash back is added to your account after your order is paid. Credit you earn on a purchase is held for 30 days before you can spend it. That gives an order time to settle. You will see it on your Rewards page as pending, with the date it becomes available.

How your credit is used

• To have your Belle Credit go toward your orders, open Using your rewards in your patient portal and turn on Apply rewards automatically. Then it goes toward your next order or renewal on its own, with no code to enter. If your rewards are not going toward a bill, check that this is turned on.
• It can cover your whole order. If it does, your order shows no payment due and still ships as usual.
• Your oldest credit is used first.
• Belle Credit has no cash value. It cannot be cashed out, refunded as cash, transferred to someone else, or combined between accounts.

When credit expires

• Most rewards expire 365 days after they are added. This includes cash back, birthday, logging, Belle Community, and 3-month milestone rewards.
• Your 6-month and 1-year milestone rewards do not expire with time.
• If you cancel everything, your earned credit stays in your account for up to 90 days after you cancel. After that, any unused credit expires, including 6-month and 1-year milestone rewards.
• Credit that was already due to expire sooner keeps its own earlier date.
• If you come back before it expires, your credit goes back to its normal expiry date.
• Pausing does not affect your credit at all.

If an order is refunded

The cash back you earned on that order is removed in proportion to the refund. Milestone, birthday, logging, and Belle Community rewards are not affected.

Where to see your rewards

Log in to your patient portal and open Rewards to see your Belle Credit balance and what you have earned.

Who can earn

All Belle patients are included. Belle Rewards covers Belle treatments and products only. Purchases from other brands, and purchases paid through Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or another government health program, do not earn rewards.

Does Belle Rewards affect my treatment?

No. Your provider makes decisions about your prescription based on your health alone. Rewards have nothing to do with it.

How this works with refer-a-friend

Belle Rewards is separate from refer-a-friend. You still earn $75 in account credit for each friend who is new to Belle once their first prescription is filled, and your friend gets 5% off their first order. If a reward is missing

If you expected a reward and do not see it in your portal, message us and tell us which reward it was. We will check it for you.
