How do account credits work?

Credits are money on your Belle account. They come from Belle Rewards, referrals, promotions, or adjustments we've made for you, and they go toward your treatment charges automatically.

Belle Rewards

Every Belle patient earns Belle Credit through Belle Rewards, with no sign-up. That includes 5% cash back on eligible purchases, plus milestone, birthday, and other rewards. For how you earn it and when it expires, see What is Belle Rewards and how does it work?

Where to see your credits

1. Log in to your patient portal.
2. On the Home tab, find the Share Belle section.
3. For the full view, click your initials in the top right and choose Credits. ​

Your Credits page shows your available balance and your history: how much you've earned in total and how much has already gone toward your treatment. It also has your own referral link to share. You earn more credit when a friend who uses your link has their first prescription filled.

To see what you have earned from Belle Rewards, open Rewards in your patient portal.

How credits are used

• They apply automatically, with no code to enter at checkout. For Belle Rewards credit, this needs Apply rewards automatically turned on: click See your rewards in your patient portal to check.
• They go toward your treatment charges as your orders are processed.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be withdrawn or transferred.
• If a credit covers your whole order, your order will show no payment due. That's expected — it still processes on its normal schedule and ships as usual. You don't need to do anything extra.

If your credit has an expiration date

Some credits are time-limited. Most Belle Rewards credit expires 365 days after it is added, and your 6-month and 1-year milestone rewards never expire. If yours is set to expire before your next scheduled order, message us — we'll look at the dates with you and make sure it doesn't go to waste.

If a credit is missing

If you were expecting a credit and don't see it on your Credits page, message us and tell us where it came from — Belle Rewards, a referral, a promotion, or something we said we'd add. We'll track it down and apply it.
