Restarting or rejoining after you've cancelled

Updated Oct 1, 2026From the Belle care team

Welcome back! If you cancelled and want to start treatment again, you can do it yourself in the portal — you don't need to create a new account.

How to restart

  1. Log in to your patient portal at portal.joinbelle.com with the same email you used before.
  2. Go to the Shop tab (this is where you choose a plan).
  3. Select the treatment and plan length you want.
  4. Confirm your details and check out.
  5. In the medical intake, tell us the dose you were on before you stopped (the milligram dose on your last vial label, if you have it) and roughly when your last injection was. Your provider uses that to set the dose you restart on.

How to resume a paused plan

If you just need to resume your paused plan, navigate to the Treatments tab and click Manage under the plan you want to resume. From there you will see an option to Resume plan.

Good to know

  • Use your original email. Logging in with the same email keeps your history and account intact. If you're not sure which email you used, or you're not receiving your sign-in code, check your spam folder or message us.
  • You may need to re-add your payment method if you haven't logged in since we moved to the new portal.
  • A quick medical review may apply depending on how long it's been, so your plan matches your current needs.
  • Your restart dose may not be your old dose. After a break, your provider may restart you a step lower or at the starting dose, depending on how long it's been.
  • Pricing is whatever's shown at checkout today — if you'd previously used an intro or bundle offer, your restart price is the current plan price.

If anything looks off or you'd rather we set it up with you, just message us — we're happy to help you get going again.
