How to Track my Order as a Patient

  1. Navigate to the patient portal and log in.
  2. Click the Treatments tab on the left-hand side. At the bottom of the page, you will see an option to View all shipments.
  1. By clicking that, you will see a Track button. After clicking that, you will be able to view the tracking number once available.
  1. By clicking Details you will also be able to see a fully up-to-date status checker of where your package is from the moment you placed the order.
