Does Belle offer hormone therapy (HRT), and how do I start?
From the Belle care team · Updated
Yes. Belle offers menopausal hormone therapy (MHT, often called HRT or hormone replacement) for women with perimenopause or menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep, brain fog, mood changes, joint pain or vaginal dryness.
How to start: complete the hormone therapy intake at joinbelle.com/womens-health/check. A licensed provider reviews your health history and symptoms and decides whether hormone therapy is right for you. You don't need blood work to start.
What the plan can include: estrogen through the skin (a cream or a weekly injection), progesterone at bedtime if you have a uterus, vaginal estrogen, and in some cases testosterone. Your provider chooses what fits you.
After you start: you track your symptoms, check in with us every six weeks, and get a free phone consult when your dose is changing or you need one. Message us anytime in Messages in your patient portal.
