When your package arrives

  1. Open it as soon as it arrives. Don't leave it sitting on the porch or in the mailbox.
  2. Move refrigerated medications to the fridge right away. This applies even if your package came with cold packs.
  3. Keep each vial in its original packaging. The box protects it from light.

GHK-Cu, tesamorelin, BPC-157 and MOTS-c arrive already mixed and ready to use. There is nothing for you to mix or measure.

Everyday rules for refrigerated medications

  • Keep your fridge at 36–46°F (2–8°C).
  • Pick a middle shelf. Stay away from the back wall and the freezer vents, where it can get cold enough to freeze.
  • Never freeze it. Freezing can damage the medication and make it ineffective or unsafe.
  • Keep it out of the light. Leave it in its original box, away from direct sunlight.
  • Put it back right after each dose. Don't leave it on the counter.
  • Keep it away from heat. Never leave it in a hot car.

If a medication was left out

  1. Put it back in the fridge right away.
  2. Message us and tell us how long it was out.

How long a medication can safely stay out depends on the medication and the pharmacy that filled your order, so we'll check it for you.

Before every dose, check how it looks

  • It should look clear. Don't use a vial that looks cloudy or has particles in it. Message us instead.
  • GHK-Cu is supposed to be blue. That color comes from the copper. Clear and blue is exactly right.

Notes for each medication

Find your medication below for anything specific to it.

Tirzepatide and semaglutide (weight loss)

  • Keep vials in the fridge at 36–46°F (2–8°C).
  • Keep them away from freezer vents, direct sunlight and hot cars.
  • Put the vial back in the fridge right after each dose.
  • Once a vial has been punctured, always keep it in the fridge, even if it was fine at room temperature during shipping.
  • An opened vial is good for the number of weeks on your prescription.

MIC+B12 (metabolic support)

  • No fridge needed. Store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
  • Keep the vial upright.
  • Keep it away from light.

GHK-Cu, tesamorelin, BPC-157 and MOTS-c

  • Keep it in the fridge, away from direct light. Do not freeze it.
  • It arrives already mixed. There is nothing to mix or measure. Move the vials to the fridge as soon as it arrives.
  • If it was left out, put it back in the fridge and message us with how long it was out.
  • Don't use it if it looks cloudy or has particles in it.
  • GHK-Cu only: it should look clear and blue. The blue is the copper.

Glutathione and NAD+

  • Keep it in the fridge at 36–46°F (2–8°C) whenever you're not using it.
  • Keep it away from the freezer, the back of the fridge, and direct light.
  • Never freeze it. Freezing can damage the medication and make it ineffective or unsafe.
  • NAD+ only: store the vial upright, in its original packaging when you can.

Sermorelin (growth hormone support)

  • Keep it in the fridge at 36–46°F (2–8°C), away from direct light. Do not freeze it.

  • If your vial came from Olympia, it has a small metal center cap you need to remove before your first dose. Watch this video to see how.
