Questions
So what's the catch?
Do I need to sign up?
No. Every Belle patient is already in. Your balance and your next milestone are in your patient portal.
Do my rewards expire?
Not while you have an active or paused plan. If you go 90 days without one, your balance goes away.
What counts as an eligible order?
Your Belle orders and renewals. Shipping, taxes and gift cards don't count toward the 5%, and purchases paid through Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or another government health program aren't eligible.
Belle Rewards is account credit for Belle orders and has no cash value. 5% back applies to eligible purchases and excludes shipping, taxes, gift cards and purchases paid through a government health program. Milestones count continuous time with Belle from your first paid order. Rewards are subject to the Belle Rewards terms. Belle Rewards doesn't change your prescription or your provider's care decisions.
