Do I need to sign up?
No. Every Belle patient is enrolled automatically, and there's no fee.
How do I use my Belle Credit?
It's applied automatically to your next Belle order or plan renewal, and it can cover the full amount. Your balance and your next milestone are in your patient portal.
What counts as an eligible purchase?
Paid orders for Belle treatments and products. Shipping, taxes and gift cards aren't eligible. Cash back is 5% of what you actually pay after discounts, and the part of an order you pay with Belle Credit doesn't receive cash back.
Does my credit expire?
Most rewards expire 365 days after they are issued. The six-month and one-year rewards never expire. If you have no active or paused Belle plan for 90 consecutive days, unused credit expires.
How are milestones counted?
From your first paid Belle order, including orders placed before Belle moved to its current patient portal. Pausing your plan doesn't reset the count. If you cancel and come back later, it starts again from your return.
Does Belle Rewards affect my prescription?
No. Whether a treatment is prescribed, and at what dose, is decided only by a licensed provider based on your health. Credit never changes that.
I'm not a Belle patient yet. Can I receive rewards?
Yes. Belle Rewards starts with your first eligible order, and your milestones count from there.
