Yes, there is a Wegovy savings card, though Novo Nordisk does not call it a card or a code: NovoCare calls it a savings offer, and with commercial insurance that covers Wegovy it can bring a fill to as little as $25. If your plan does not cover Wegovy, or you have no insurance, the same offer gives you a self-pay price instead.
Belle does not sell, prescribe or fill Wegovy. Nothing in the Novo Nordisk offer applies to anything Belle offers. This page exists because the numbers floating around online are often out of date, and because the caps are where most of the confusion lives.
Is there a Wegovy savings card? What the Novo Nordisk savings offer is
It is one program with two tiers. If your commercial plan covers Wegovy, the offer works like copay assistance and lowers what the pharmacy charges you, up to a cap. If your plan does not cover it, or you are uninsured and paying cash, the offer sets a self-pay price per fill.
NovoCare states that savings are available for people using commercial insurance or those who are uninsured or self-paying (not going through insurance) with a valid prescription, and that government-insured patients may use the program if they self pay and process outside of their insurance.
Two things to keep in mind as you read. Every figure below is quoted from Novo Nordisk or CMS pages as of October 23, 2026. The Wegovy Savings Offer terms say savings offer benefits are set at the discretion of Novo Nordisk and may change without notice, and that eligibility, restrictions and offer details may change from time to time.
If your commercial plan covers Wegovy: the $25 tier, the $100 cap and what you really pay
As of October 23, 2026, Novo Nordisk lists the covered commercial tier for the Wegovy pen (0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, 2.4 mg and HD 7.2 mg) as pay as little as $25, subject to a maximum savings of $100 per 1-month prescription, $200 per 2-month prescription, or $300 per 3-month prescription. The terms define a 1-month pen fill as 1 box of 4 single-dose prefilled pens, equivalent to a 28-day supply.
As of October 23, 2026, Novo Nordisk lists the same structure for Wegovy tablets 1.5 mg, 4 mg, 9 mg and 25 mg: as little as $25, with maximum savings of $100 per 1-month, $200 per 2-month, or $300 per 3-month prescription. For tablets, a 1-month fill is 1 bottle of 30 tablets, equivalent to a 30-day supply.
The word "maximum" is doing the work. The offer subtracts up to the cap from your copay. It does not set your price at $25 regardless of what your plan charges.
Three worked examples, built only from the caps
These are illustrations, not quoted prices.
- Your plan copay on a 1-month fill is $100. The offer takes off up to $100, so you pay $25.
- Your plan copay on a 1-month fill is $200. Savings stop at $100, so you pay $100.
- You fill a 3-month supply. The offer takes off at most $300 on that fill.
How often you can use it
NovoCare says you can use it each time you fill your valid prescription while the program is available to you. The terms add that you must meet the requirements every time you use the card, that the offer is subject to a limit per monthly fill, and that benefits may change without notice. Novo Nordisk does not publish an annual cap or a fill count on these pages, so do not assume the offer is unlimited.
If you are covered but still inside your deductible
This is the scenario that trips people up. Early in the plan year, your pharmacy price can be the full plan-negotiated amount. The copay tier takes off at most $100 per 1-month fill. As of October 23, 2026, Novo Nordisk lists the standard self-pay pen price as $349 per month.
NovoCare also states that money spent and discounts under the self-pay offer will not count toward your deductible or out-of-pocket requirements and cannot be submitted for reimbursement to your insurer. So the question to ask your pharmacist is simply: what does this fill cost run through my plan with the savings offer, and what does it cost on the self-pay offer? Then take the answer, plus your deductible math, to your prescriber or plan. This is not advice about your own care.
If your plan does not cover Wegovy or you have no insurance: self-pay prices for the pen and the pill
As of October 23, 2026, NovoCare lists $199 for each month of 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg for patients new to the Wegovy Savings Offer or Novocare home delivery, an offer for 2 monthly fills through December 31, 2026, then $349 per month for 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg or 2.4 mg, and $399 per month for the HD 7.2 mg pen.
The terms define "new patients" as eligible patients who have not redeemed a savings offer for Wegovy injection in the past 365 days, say the limited-time offer applies if it is redeemed and the prescription is filled by 12/31/2026, and say it covers the first two 28-day fills, with the third fill reverting back to the standard offer price. NovoCare labels this pricing a limited time offer and says pricing is to be updated after December 31, 2026.
| Pen | 1-month fill | 2-month fill | 3-month fill |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0.25 mg and 0.5 mg, new patients, redeemed and filled by 12/31/2026, first two fills | $199 | Not listed | Not listed |
| 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg, standard self-pay (2.4 mg multi-month shown) | $349 | $698 | $1,047 |
| HD 7.2 mg | $399 | $798 | $1,197 |
| Tablet | 1-month fill | 2-month fill | 3-month fill |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1.5 mg | $149 | $298 | $447 |
| 4 mg | $199 | $398 | $597 |
| 9 mg | $299 | $598 | $897 |
| 25 mg | $299 | Not listed | Not listed |
Note the pattern: 2- and 3-month self-pay fills cost two and three times the 1-month price. For the 2.4 mg pen that is $349, $698 and $1,047 as of October 23, 2026. Multi-month fills do not discount the monthly rate.
Medicare, Medicaid and other government plans: what applies instead
The terms state that a patient is not eligible if enrolled in any federal or state health care program with prescription drug coverage, such as Medicaid, Medicare, VA, DOD, TRICARE, or any similar program, or where prohibited by law. The same terms note that the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program, Affordable Care (Health Exchange) Plans, and insurance provided through state employee plans are NOT federal or state government health care programs for purposes of this savings offer.
NovoCare adds that individuals with both commercial and government-funded plans ARE considered patients with government insurance.
If you are government-insured, you can still use the self-pay side. NovoCare says those patients are able to pay the self-pay price, that the offer operates outside of any third-party insurance, and that the money spent will not count toward your deductible or out-of-pocket requirements and cannot be submitted for reimbursement. The terms ask you to agree that you will not ask your insurance to pay you back and will not attempt to count the cost toward your insurance deductible or out-of-pocket limit.
The Medicare GLP-1 Bridge
CMS describes the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge as a short-term demonstration run by CMS that will provide eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries with access to certain GLP-1 drugs between July 1, 2026, and December 31, 2027. As of October 23, 2026, CMS lists a $50 copay, says the drugs are provided outside of the Part D benefit payment flow and coverage, so the Part D deductible will not apply and no part of the $50 copay counts toward the beneficiary's TrOOP costs, and says CMS will use a single central processor to manage prior authorization, claims adjudication and payment to pharmacies in 2026. Novo Nordisk says this pricing is for adult patients with Medicare prescribed Wegovy for weight loss only. Check the CMS page and talk with your prescriber about whether it applies to you.
The fine print: plan programs that block the card, stacking rules and enrolling before you fill
Two insurer-side programs can take the offer off the table. The terms say that if your insurer has implemented an accumulator adjustment program or a copay maximizer program, you are not eligible for and agree not to use the savings program, you agree to inform Novo Nordisk if you learn your plan has one, and Novo Nordisk reserves the right to reduce or discontinue your financial assistance under the program. Separately, if your insurance plan participates in an alternate funding program or similar arrangement that requires you to apply for the Wegovy self-pay offer or seek coverage through an alternate funding vendor as a condition of covering Wegovy, the terms say you are not eligible to use the Wegovy Savings Offer. Your benefits administrator or HR team can tell you which programs your plan runs.
The rest of the fine print, as listed in the terms as of October 23, 2026:
- You must have a valid prescription for the brand being filled, with a valid Prescriber ID# on it, and you may only participate if you have been prescribed Wegovy for an FDA-approved indication within Wegovy's labeling. The Wegovy prescribing information sets out those indications.
- No stacking. The offer may be combined with a manufacturer-sponsored automatic eVoucher offer at participating pharmacies, but cannot be combined with any other coupon, self-pay discount, certificate, voucher or similar offer.
- Retail cash discount cards and other noninsurance plans are not valid as primary insurance under the offer, and if you are eligible for drug benefits under such a program, the terms say you cannot use this offer.
- Medication filled prior to enrollment is not eligible for copay assistance and cannot be reimbursed. Enroll before the fill.
- Availability in Massachusetts depends on state law in effect when you present the offer. The offer is not transferable, is limited to 1 offer per person, and it is illegal to sell, purchase or trade it.
How to get the card and use it at the pharmacy or by mail order
NovoCare's instruction is short: enroll on the Wegovy savings offer page, or text SAVE to 83757, then take the offer to your pharmacist.
If you fill through a mail-order pharmacy, or your offer cannot be processed at a local pharmacy, the terms say reimbursement eligibility may be possible for medication out-of-pocket costs using the Reimbursement Form found at NovoReimburse.com. Allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive the reimbursement, and requests must be received within 180 days from the date the prescription was filled.
NovoCare also says you do not need a savings offer or insurance to get the self-pay prices through Novocare home delivery.
Why other sites show different numbers
Older terms are still circulating. In a March 24, 2025 announcement, Novo Nordisk described access to a 28-day supply of Wegovy for $499, replacing a previous savings offer at $650 per month, said patients enrolled in government-funded healthcare programs were not eligible, and said patients with commercial insurance that covers Wegovy may pay as little as $0 per month with a maximum savings of $225 for a 28-day supply.
Those are 2025 figures, not current ones. If a page shows $499, $650, $0 or $225 maximum savings, it is reflecting the older terms. The numbers that govern your fill are the ones on the Novo Nordisk terms page on the day you fill.
If you are paying out of pocket for weight management
If the self-pay prices above do not work for your budget, it helps to see the whole menu first. GLP-1 without insurance walks through the cash options and what they actually cost.
Belle prescribes compounded semaglutide through a state-licensed pharmacy after an online visit with a licensed provider. Compounded medications are not FDA approved finished products. A licensed provider determines eligibility. The FDA states that compounded drugs are not FDA approved, which means the agency does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed, and that a compounded drug is not a generic drug.
Compounded semaglutide is a different thing from Wegovy, and the Novo Nordisk savings offer does not apply to it: that offer covers only Wegovy prescribed for an FDA-approved indication within Wegovy's labeling. For the FDA's own view of unapproved GLP-1 products, read what the FDA statement means for you. For the side-by-side on how the two differ, see compounded semaglutide compared with Wegovy, and for a full cost breakdown including fees, see compounded semaglutide cost. Check eligibilityCommon questions
Is the Wegovy savings card the same as a coupon code?
NovoCare answers its own version of this question by saying yes, there is a savings card or coupon, but "we call it a savings offer," and you enroll on the NovoCare page or text SAVE to 83757, then take the offer to your pharmacist.
Can I really pay $25 for Wegovy?
As of October 23, 2026, Novo Nordisk lists pay as little as $25 for patients with commercial insurance that covers Wegovy, subject to a maximum savings of $100 per 1-month prescription, $200 per 2-month and $300 per 3-month. If your copay is higher than the cap, you pay the difference.
How many times can I use the offer?
NovoCare says you can use it each time you fill your valid prescription while the program is available to you. The terms add that the offer is subject to a limit per monthly fill, that you must meet the requirements every time, and that benefits may change without notice. Novo Nordisk does not publish an annual cap or fill count on these pages.
I have Medicare. Can I use the savings offer?
The copay tier excludes people enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, VA, DOD, TRICARE and similar programs. NovoCare says government-insured patients may use the program if they self pay and process outside of their insurance, and the terms ask you to agree not to seek reimbursement from your insurer or count the cost toward your deductible or out-of-pocket limit. Separately, CMS runs the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge with a $50 copay between July 1, 2026 and December 31, 2027 for eligible Part D beneficiaries.
Will the $199 pen price still be there next year?
NovoCare labels it a limited time offer and says pricing is to be updated after December 31, 2026. The terms say the limited-time injection offer applies if it is redeemed and the prescription is filled by 12/31/2026, for the first two 28-day fills, with the third fill reverting back to the standard offer price.
Can I combine the offer with a retail discount card?
No. The terms say the offer cannot be combined with any other coupon, self-pay discount, certificate, voucher or similar offer, with the single exception of a manufacturer-sponsored automatic eVoucher at participating pharmacies. Cash discount cards and other noninsurance plans are also not valid as primary insurance under the offer.
Does Belle sell Wegovy?
No. Belle does not sell, prescribe or fill Wegovy, and the Novo Nordisk savings offer does not apply to anything Belle offers. Belle prescribes compounded semaglutide through a state-licensed pharmacy after an online visit. Compounded drugs are not FDA approved, and the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed.
