Why your plan arrived in more than one box
From the Belle care team · Updated
If you're on a longer plan, like a 6-month or annual plan, and your box had fewer vials than you expected, nothing is missing. Longer plans often ship in more than one box so your medication stays fresh. Each box covers a set number of weeks, and the rest of your plan is already scheduled.
See when each box ships
- Sign in and select Treatments (on a phone, tap My Plan).
- Under Your plans, select Manage next to your treatment.
- In the Shipments section, you'll see every box in your plan, for example "Box 1 of 3", with the date it shipped or the date it's scheduled to ship.
- Select a box to see which weeks of your plan it covers.
Your plan card on the Home page also shows which box you're on and the weeks it covers.
Good to know
- If your plan is paused, upcoming boxes show Held while paused and ship after you resume.
- Follow the directions on each vial label. The strength can change from box to box, so the units you draw can change too. See Why your units changed when your dose didn't.
- To follow a box once it's on the way, see How to track your order and what each status means.
- If a box seems late or something's missing, message us and we'll look into it.
