What is HydroBelle + Creatine, and how do I get it?

HydroBelle is Belle's own zero-sugar electrolyte drink mix. HydroBelle + Creatine is the same drink with 5 g of creatine monohydrate in every stick. Your daily electrolytes and your daily creatine come in one glass.

What's in it

Each HydroBelle + Creatine stick also has 180 mg of potassium and 90 mg of magnesium. It's made with coconut water powder, natural flavors and stevia, with no dyes (Blue Razz gets its color from blue spirulina). There are 32 sticks in a pouch.

How to take it

• Empty one stick into 16 oz of cold water (up to 24 oz if you like it lighter), shake, and drink. Any time of day works.
• No loading phase is needed. One stick a day gives you the 5 g of creatine most people take.
• Have only one creatine serving a day. On days you want more electrolytes, use the original HydroBelle for the extra glasses.

Can I take it with my Belle treatment?

Yes. It's made to go with your Belle treatments. It's a dietary supplement, so it doesn't need a prescription or a provider visit.

• The scale may go up 2 to 4 lbs when you start. That's water pulled into your muscles, not fat.
• Creatine can raise creatinine on blood tests. Let your provider know you take it before bloodwork.
• Check with your provider first if you have kidney disease, high blood pressure or heart disease, take blood-pressure medicines or diuretics, or are pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive.
