Finding the dose that works for you

MIC+B12 works best when taken consistently as part of your routine. Most people begin to notice improvements in energy, focus, or overall wellness within the first few weeks.

Everyone responds differently — some people feel changes quickly, while others experience more gradual shifts. Both are completely normal.

Your provider is here to support you along the way. If you ever have questions about how you're feeling or want to check in, don't hesitate to reach out.

What to expect in your first few weeks

Starting MIC+B12 is often a subtle process. Some people notice changes in energy, metabolism, or mood early on, while others experience more gradual shifts over time.

Your response may vary from day to day as your body adapts. This is normal, especially in the early weeks, and doesn't mean anything is going wrong.

MIC+B12 benefits are designed to build over time. Staying consistent with your injections and paying attention to how you feel can help you get the most out of the experience.

Side effects & safety, at a glance

MIC+B12 is generally well tolerated, but some people notice mild, temporary effects as their body adjusts. These can include slight discomfort at the injection site, nausea, upset stomach, or mild fatigue.

These responses are common when starting any new supplement and typically improve over time. Sharing feedback with your care team helps ensure the experience feels supportive and sustainable.
