These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products, including any telehealth consultations, wellness products, or digital content provided through Belle (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Belle, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Belle offers health and wellness services, including telehealth consultations and informational content. Our Services are not a substitute for in-person medical care in all cases. Always consult your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

6.1 Telehealth Consultations and Digital Services
All telehealth consultations and digital health services are non-refundable once the appointment has occurred or the service has been delivered. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
6.2 Prescription Products and Medications
Due to federal health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on prescription medications or compounded products once they have been shipped. If you believe you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
6.3 Physical Wellness Products
For eligible physical products (non-prescription wellness items), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
