Track your shipment
You can find your live tracking information in the new patient portal. Click the "Track Order" button in the upper left corner of your portal home screen to see real-time updates.
Expected delivery timeline
Most Belle patients receive their package within 3–5 business days after the pharmacy ships it. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the compounding pharmacy.
Tirzepatide shipments
If you ordered a monthly, quarterly, or six-month plan, your shipment will include the full treatment supply for that plan. All medication shipped for tirzepatide plans has an expiration date that extends beyond the full length of your treatment plan.
Semaglutide shipments
If you ordered a monthly or quarterly semaglutide plan, you will receive your full shipment upfront.
If you ordered a six-month plan, you will receive two shipments—your first immediately after ordering, and your second at the three-month mark.
