You may feel satisfied with smaller portions or notice shifts in how your body responds to food. For some, these changes happen quickly. For others, they build more gradually.
Early doses are designed to help your body adapt. If progress feels slower at first, it doesn’t mean the treatment isn’t working. Your plan can be adjusted as your body responds.
Track your shipment

Expected delivery timeline
Most Belle patients receive their package within 3–5 business days after the pharmacy ships it. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the compounding pharmacy.
Tirzepatide shipments
If you ordered a monthly, quarterly, or six-month plan, your shipment will include the full treatment supply for that plan. All medication shipped for tirzepatide plans has an expiration date that extends beyond the full length of your treatment plan.
Semaglutide shipments
If you ordered a monthly or quarterly semaglutide plan, you will receive your full shipment upfront. If you ordered a six-month plan, you will receive two shipments—your first immediately after ordering, and your second at the three-month mark.
Your refills are set up to happen automatically, so you don’t need to take action to stay on track.
If you’d like to pause your subscription, request your next refill early, or make changes, you can manage everything directly in your patient portal.

Some people experience mild side effects when starting GLP-1 treatment, especially as the body adjusts. These can include nausea, changes in digestion, or feeling full more quickly.
For most patients, these effects are temporary and improve over time or with dose adjustments. Paying attention to how you feel and moving at a pace that works for your body matters.
