We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information, text-message consent, or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Data is shared only with our SMS platform provider and telecom carriers to deliver messages.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request information we hold or ask us to delete your data by emailing care@joinbelle.com.

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with HIPAA and NIST standards to protect SMS data from unauthorized access.
6. Data Retention
Opt-in and messaging logs are retained for four years, then securely deleted.
7. Children's Policy
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
