Important Safety Information (ISI) - NAD+

Last updated: June 2, 2025

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, DNA repair, and metabolic function. It is sometimes used in wellness and anti-aging therapies for its potential benefits in improving energy levels, cognitive function, and overall vitality.

At Belle, NAD+ may be offered in compounded form via subcutaneous injections or other routes of administration, when deemed appropriate by a licensed healthcare provider.

Please review the following important safety information before beginning treatment.

What is NAD+ Therapy?

NAD+ therapy is considered an elective wellness treatment. While research is ongoing, NAD+ has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for the treatment of any medical condition. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

You should always consult a healthcare provider before beginning any supplement or injectable regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

NAD+ should not be used by individuals who:

Precautions and Warnings

Inform your provider if you have or have had:

Stop treatment and seek medical attention if you experience trouble breathing, chest pain, or swelling of the face, lips, or throat.
