Which pharmacy fills my order, and what's in my medication?

From the Belle care team · Updated

Belle doesn't make medication. Our medical team decides whether a prescription is right for you, and a licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares it and ships it to you. That pharmacy's name is printed on your medication label.

Who fills your order

Belle works with a small group of licensed partner pharmacies. Your order goes to a partner that's licensed to ship to your state, so which pharmacy fills it can depend on your treatment and where you live. See every partner, where it's located and what it provides on our pharmacy partners page.

Where more than one pharmacy is available for your plan, you can pick one at checkout. It's set to our preferred partner unless you change it, and the price is the same either way.

What else can be in a compounded GLP-1

Some compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide formulations include an additive. Depending on your prescription and the pharmacy that fills it, that can be:

  • Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
  • Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
  • Vitamin B3 (niacinamide)
  • Glycine, an amino acid used as a buffer
  • L-carnitine, an amino acid derivative

Your vial label lists every ingredient. If you have an allergy or sensitivity to any of these, tell us. Our medical team can prescribe an additive-free formulation.

If your medication looks different

A different pharmacy or formulation can mean a different color, vial or strength. See Why does my medication look different between shipments? and Why your units changed when your dose didn't.
