Your medication
What if my medication arrives warm?
Updated Oct 9, 2026From the Belle care team
A warm package doesn't automatically mean your medication is unsafe. Ice packs often melt on the way, and that's expected. Whether your medication is still good depends on three things: the pharmacy that filled it, the medication, and how many days it was out of the fridge.
How to check
- Find your pharmacy and medication. Both are on your vial label.
- Count the days. Start on the day your order shipped (it's in your tracking) and stop on the day it went into your fridge. If it sat outside after delivery, count that time too.
- Look at the vial. It should be clear, with no particles, and the vial shouldn't be cracked or damaged.
- Compare with the table below.
If your medication is within its limit and looks normal, put it in the fridge right away and use it as normal.
How long can it be out of the fridge?
These limits are for unopened vials during shipping.
| Pharmacy | Medication | Fine to use if it was out of the fridge for |
|---|---|---|
| The Pharmacy Hub | Tirzepatide + B6 | Up to 30 days at room temperature, up to 15 days at up to 95°F, or up to 5 days at up to 104°F |
| Revive | Tirzepatide + B6 | Up to 21 days, as long as it stayed between 46°F and 86°F |
| Revive | Semaglutide + B6 | Up to 56 days, as long as it stayed between 46°F and 86°F |
| NewLifeRX | Tirzepatide | Up to 4 days at room temperature, or up to 2 days at up to 104°F |
| NewLifeRX | Semaglutide + Glycine, made by Hyalo or Apothecary (on the vial label) | Up to 4 days, even at temperatures up to 104°F |
| Olympia | MIC+B12 | This one is stored at room temperature, so arriving at room temperature is expected. It's not OK if it got hotter than 85°F or if it froze. Don't refrigerate it |
| The Pharmacy Hub | Skin Glow Complex (cream) | This one is stored at room temperature (68–77°F), so no fridge is needed. Don't use it if the cream has turned yellow or gotten really clumpy, and message us if it got much hotter or colder than that range |
| Vios (VEL), a Boom Rx pharmacy | Peptides (tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, MOTS-c) | Up to 3 days (72 hours) in shipping. Arriving frozen is OK, but never put it in your own freezer |
| Emerald (EMD), a Boom Rx pharmacy | Peptides (tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, MOTS-c) | Up to 7 days in shipping. Arriving frozen is OK. If it also felt very hot, message us |
| DRX (the label may say Greenwich Rx), a Boom Rx pharmacy | Peptides (tesamorelin, GHK-Cu, BPC-157, MOTS-c) | Up to 4 days in shipping, even at temperatures up to 96°F |
Revive: a vial that arrives warm to the touch is still fine to use, as long as it's within the limit above.
Peptides from Optimal Balance
If your BPC-157, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c or tesamorelin came from Optimal Balance, your package includes a WarmMark temperature strip with a QR code. Scan it as soon as your package arrives.
- No color in the window ("Shipment OK"): put your vials in the fridge right away and use as normal. If the package felt warm but the strip looks fine, it's still OK as long as it was out of the fridge less than 24 hours and stayed below 78°F.
- Any color in the window ("Temperature Excursion Detected"): don't use it. Take a photo of the strip and call the pharmacy at the number on the insert (281-919-2964). They'll send a replacement.
We'll check with your pharmacy first
Don't inject it yet, keep it in the fridge, and message us if any of these apply. We'll check with the pharmacy that filled it and get back to you.
- It was out of the fridge longer than the limit in the table.
- It arrived frozen, or has ice crystals in it. (Vios and Emerald peptides are the exception: arriving frozen is OK.)
- It's NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione and it arrived warm. These should arrive cold or cool, and they can't be used if they got warm or froze, so we'll arrange a replacement. Please don't inject it.
- It's BPC-157, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c or tesamorelin from a pharmacy other than Optimal Balance, Vios, Emerald or DRX, or your Optimal Balance package had no WarmMark strip.
- It's a medication or pharmacy that isn't in the table.
- It's NewLifeRX semaglutide from a manufacturer other than Hyalo or Apothecary, and it was out for more than a day. The limit depends on which version you have, and we'll confirm it.
- The pharmacy on your label doesn't match the one on your order.
- Your package was damaged, crushed, or leaking.
Don't use it, and message us, if the liquid looks cloudy, has particles in it, or the vial is cracked.
Once you've opened a vial
The limits above only cover unopened vials while they ship. After the first puncture, keep your vial stored the way its storage article says: in the fridge for every medication except MIC+B12 and Skin Glow Complex, which stay at room temperature in a cool, dry place out of sunlight. If an opened vial was left out of its proper storage, message us before using it.
Beyond-use dates are printed on your vial labels. If you have a question about yours, message us and we'll check it for you.
