Sermorelin side effects and what's normal

Most patients tolerate sermorelin very well. When side effects happen, they are typically mild and often fade as your body adjusts.
Common and usually temporary
- Minor injection-site reactions such as redness or tenderness
- A brief headache or occasional flushing
- Temporary fatigue or mild dizziness early on, which often fades with time
Less common
Rare risks include elevated blood sugar and allergic reactions. Your care team monitors you throughout treatment.
Contact us if
- Side effects are severe, persistent, or getting worse instead of better
- You notice signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, swelling, or trouble breathing. For breathing difficulty or facial swelling, seek emergency care first
- Anything feels wrong enough that you're unsure about your next dose
