Peptide plans, shipments, and billing — how it works
Updated Oct 8, 2026From the Belle care team
BPC-157, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c and tesamorelin are billed on a 10-week cycle, and each shipment contains 8 weeks of medication — one full cycle, with your 2-week break at the end.
That is not a mistake or a short shipment. All four run 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off, and the break is the point: it lets your body's receptors reset so your next cycle works as well as your first. Your billing runs on 10 weeks so that your next shipment lands as you finish your break and are ready to start again. Sermorelin is billed differently — it is a quarterly plan, so if you are on sermorelin see "Sermorelin plans, shipments, and billing — how it works" instead.
What that looks like
- Weeks 1 to 8 — you are dosing, using the vials from your most recent shipment
- Weeks 9 and 10 — your break. No doses. This is expected, not a gap in your supply
- Week 10 — your plan renews and your next shipment goes out
Can I order one on its own?
Yes. BPC-157, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c and tesamorelin can each be ordered as a standalone plan. You do not need to be on any other Belle treatment to start one.
Many patients stay on for more than one cycle, because the fuller benefit of a peptide often lands in a second or third cycle rather than the first. Hair growth on GHK-Cu and a long-standing injury on BPC-157 are the slowest of these. Your provider will help you decide at each renewal.
Two things worth knowing
If you are taking tesamorelin, you take the same fixed dose your provider set — you do not titrate up on your own. If your provider does change your dose, message us — we will make sure your next shipment matches what you are actually taking.
If you are taking MOTS-c alongside a GLP-1, that combination is common and is not a problem in itself. Read the low blood sugar section in "How do I store, handle, and inject MOTS-c?" before your first dose.
Pausing or cancelling
You can manage your plan from the patient portal, or message the care team and we will take care of it. If you want to stop at the end of a cycle rather than renew, tell us before your renewal date and we will set that up.
For current pricing, check the patient portal or ask us and we'll pull it up for you.
