NAD+ side effects and what's normal

NAD+ side effects are usually mild and short-lived, and many ease as your body adjusts.
Common and usually temporary
- A warm, flushing feeling during or shortly after the injection
- Nausea, especially if the dose is injected too quickly. Injecting more slowly usually helps
- Lightheadedness
- Tenderness at the injection site

- Side effects are severe, persistent, or getting worse
- You notice signs of an allergic reaction such as rash, swelling, or trouble breathing. For breathing difficulty or facial swelling, seek emergency care first
- You're unsure whether to take your next dose
