I still have medication left when my new box arrives. Which do I use?

If your new box is the same dose as the vial you are using now, finish your current vial first, then start the new box on your next injection day after that. Keep the new box stored the way its label says until you open it.

If your new box is a different dose (for example, your next step up), message us before your next injection and the care team will confirm with your provider which to take. Don't guess, and don't mix doses from the two vials.

Not sure whether the dose changed? Your dose in milligrams is on each vial label. If the labels or your written instructions don't match what you expected, message us and don't change your injection.
